The Danish Energy Agency's IT tool Energy and Building Analysis, and the associated database Athena, are based on the idea of using common tools and data sources to both promote and support the green transition. The purpose of the tool is to ensure uniform and cost-effective reporting on, among other things, Article 6 of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), and to offer public actors the opportunity to send out campaign material and conduct data-based building and energy analyses. Services related to the operation and further development of the Energy and Building Analysis can be purchased under the framework agreement. The tender is being carried out as a restricted tender in accordance with Section II of the Public Procurement Act. The tender comprises two phases: an application phase and a tender phase. | |||

Cobra Varme A.M.B.A was founded with the aim of converting the heat supply in Grimstrup, Endrup and Vejrup from individual supply to more environmentally friendly, future-proof and energy-efficient district heating. This tender includes the establishment of a completely new pipeline network for the distribution of district heating to the specified three villages in Esbjerg Municipality: Stage 1: Pipeline network in Endrup, main line between Størsbølvej and Bygaden 49 and the surplus heat line from Cobra Cable to the heating plant. Stage 2: Pipeline network in Grimstrup and main line from Størsbølvej to Grimstrup. Stage 3: Pipeline network in Vejrup and main line from Bygaden 49 to Vejrup. The project consists of a total of approx. 7.8 km main line, 11 km distribution lines and 1 km surplus heat line. The project is tendered as a turnkey contract. The heating plant is established in another contract, which is tendered separately by tender notice no. 285558-2025. The procurement is divided into the following three sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Stage 1 – Pipeline network in Endrup, main line between Størsbølvej and Bygaden 49 and the surplus heat line from Cobra Cable to the heating plant. Sub-contract 2: Stage 2 – Pipeline network in Grimstrup and main line from Størsbølvej to Grimstrup. Sub-contract 3: Stage 3 – Pipeline network in Vejrup and main line from Bygaden 49 to Vejrup. Tenderers may submit tenders for one, two or all three sub-contracts.
